1). Sampling Kit
Once you have purchased our services, you will be sent an email along with one of our sampling kits in the mail. You will receive with it in the mail detailed instructions on how to retain the sample of ashes, and package them into our return addressed pre-stamped envelope, to send back to our office. Once we have received your beloves ashes, we email you to let you know we are beginning the process for infusion. You can expect it to take about two weeks to process and complete your order to be sent back to you.
